Hernan was born into a family with a love for tango. Since childhood, portena music has surrounded him as well as prominent figures from the world of tango, such as Goyeneche and Virulazo, among others, who regularly visited his family home. In his teens, he began to get more involved in the world of tango and milongas. He studied with some of the most famous dancers and milongueros of Buenos Aires. From them, he learned the technique, codes, and love of the dance. Since then, his quest to integrate technique, emotion, enjoyment, and joy into his dance and music appreciation has continued and he has become, not only an excellent dancer and teacher, but also a favorite DJ of many milongas and festivals. He is very well renowned for the energy he gives to the milongas he deejays, becoming in one of the best rated deejays in North America.

Xavier Vanier has an extensive background in music and martial arts that spans nearly two decades. This experience has granted him a facility both in his understanding of the music as well as in his movements. He began his tango studies with the widely respected Marika Landry, where his ease with the dance became immediately apparent. Within a few short years of study, he began teaching at Tango Fabrika in Montreal and was already becoming well known throughout North America. Xavier continues to be passionate about teaching, dancing, and learning. Having spent several months in Buenos Aires studying with Gaston and Moira, he is more inspired than ever and is in increasingly high demand at events around the country. Xavier has been invited as a DJ in some of the most sought to festivals and marathons such as Valentango, Tango Element, East Coast Tango Marathon.

Edmond was exposed to a large variety of music from visiting and local DJs in Ann Arbor. DJing regularly at different events there has allowed him to develop a rich style full of rhythmical presence and lyrical complexity. Pancho began dancing tango eleven years ago and studied with some of the best teachers in Montreal and in Buenos Aires. A performer with a background in theatre Francis danced at the Montreal International Tango Festival and in the Karima Company directed by Marika Landry. Host and DJ of the Milonga de Pancho for 2 years at the Tangueria in Montreal, Francis currently guest dj's at various milongas in Quebec and travels occasionally the U.S as well. When he DJ's he loves to feel the pulse of the milonga and offers dancers a mix of the best of traditional tango. Francis loves to dance and travels as much as he can to various different festivals in Canada and the US.
Since 2007, Berenice has been inspiring dancers at milongas in Toronto and beyond. A long-time fan of tango music, her vast knowledge, intuitive approach and careful selections combine to create unforgettable dance experiences that keep her in high demand. DJ Bere is also a highly accomplished tango dancer who understands her audience; she is able to read a floor and keep it moving. Considered one of the best DJs in Canada, she is in constant demand at both new and established milongas in Toronto & Montreal, and has acted as house DJ for various local milongas. She has also DJ'ed at high profile tango events, including the Toronto Tango Festival, Toronto Tango Marathon & Toronto Tango Experience.
Jani began his love affair with tango in 2006 and started deejaying in 2010 after having spent eight months absorbing the music played in the milongas of Buenos Aires. That experience taught him the importance of paying close attention to the dancers and the mood on the piso. When making his own musical selections, he strives for the perfect balance between high energy and tranquil melodiousness, between simplicity and complexity, much like a diver who paces his descent into the ocean depths and comes up for air once in a while. Jani has deejayed at various venues in Toronto and the United States and spends much of his free time delving into the history of tango music and building his own collection.
